I really enjoyed
this book. I'm rating this book 4 stars.
This book starts
out full of action when country music star Devin McClain answers his door to
the pounding of his road manager, Crash. Crash is so thankful to find him as a
disaster has happened on his tour bus and Crash is rampaging about the danger
and the threats. Crash even contacted Devin’s agent since he felt the risk was
too much.
This leads to Devin needing more security,
however he will only agree to one being with him all the time. He is not happy
about needing added security and really wanted nothing to do with it.
Here comes Liberty
Masterson. Liberty is a no-nonsense kind of girl. I certainly loved her. She's
trained well and a soldier so she knows her stuff. She is in for one hell of a
challenge with the sexy Devin, and his voice that drips of sexy! Liberty has to
guard Devin while she's undercover which leads her to having to pretend to be
his girlfriend. Upon meeting Devin, Liberty feels he is a pompous ass! He sure
did not give her any reason to believe otherwise. Devin on the other hand does
not like any of the female guarding him crap. He lets his mouth get the best of
him!
After being on the tour together for a while
Devin is starting to realize there's more to Liberty then he realized. Will
Liberty be the one to change Devin’s one nightstand habits? Will Liberties
heart betray her? Will they be able to save each other?
You will have to read this wonderful book to
find out the answers. Give it a try you will not regret it! Thank you very much
