Review: Phenomenal X by Michelle A. Valentine

Good Girl. Notorious Bad-Boy. One Phenomenal Love.

From the mean streets of Detroit rises the newest superstar of professional wrestling, Xavier Cold, better known as Phenomenal X. His muscular physique makes men cower before him and women lose their minds with desire.

Anna Cortez is fresh out of college and naive to the harsh realities of the real world. Tired of living under the thumb of her conservative family, she defies them when she accepts a job as the assistant to wrestling’s most notorious bad-boy. Phenomenal X has an animalistic nature that even good girl Anna finds hard to resist.

One night forced to share a bed in a sold-out hotel, lines blur between them and they quickly learn that one lustful night changes everything and neither one of them will ever be the same.

I am a HUGE Michelle Valentine fan.  Fell in love with her Black Falcon series, (Noel especially) and thought any other character she wrote would never be able to compete against him…but OMG…How I was wrong!!!  Xavier Cold, is HOLY SHIT SEXY!!!!  I’m talking mouth watering, heart swooning, girly part tingling, multiple orgasming SEXY!!!!  Her greatest work to date!!!

From the moment that Xavier (Phenomenal X) met Anna Cortez, he knew there was something different about her.  She doesn’t know who he is…How can she not know who he is…every one knows…he’s FAMOUS!!!  But she was totally clueless, and that was his undoing…he was hooked!!!

Anna has lived a sheltered life.  Raised by her control freaking father, she has decided that its time for her to go and try and make it on her own.  What she didn’t expect, on a plane no less….was X!!!

They start out as friends, exactly what they both need because they both lack them.  The sexual tension is always there, and the both fight it, for the sake of not losing what they have.  More than wanting her in his bed, and OMG…he wants that bad, he wants the best for her, and to protect her, even if that means pushing her away.

These characters are deep, easy to relate to, and amazing. Michelle has truly out done herself!!!  I completely fell head over heals for X, and I cant wait for more!!  Please give me more Michelle!!!
