Review: Take A Chance By Abbi Glines

From #1 New York Times bestselling author Abbi Glines comes the story of Grant, the sexy playboy who first captured readers hearts in Fallen Too Far

When Harlow Manning's rocker father goes on tour, he sends her to Rosemary Beach, Florida, to live with her half-sister, Nan. The problem: Nan despises her. Harlow has to keep her head down if she wants to get through the next nine months, which seems easy enough. Until gorgeous Grant Carter walks out of Nan's room in nothing but his boxer briefs.

Grant made a huge mistake getting involved with a girl with venom in her veins. He'd known about Nan's reputation, but still he couldn't resist her. Nothing makes him regret the fling more than meeting Harlow, who sends his pulse racing. Yet Harlow wants nothing to do with a guy who could fall for her wicked half-sister even if there are no strings between Grant and Nan. Grant is desperate to redeem himself in Harlow's eyes, but did he ruin his chances before he even met her?

5+ Star Review

GRANT'S BOOK!!!  I have been waiting FOREVER it seems to get here, but OMG so glad I did!!!  I have loved Grant since Blaire pulled her gun on him in Fallen Too Far!!  This book was fantastic and I just can't say enough about it!!

Harlow Manning, is rocker Kiro Manning's favorite daughter.  She has grown up very sheltered from the rocker world, however is not oblivious to it.  Imagine her surprise, when she found out she has a half sister, Nannette!!!  Rosemary Beach's most hated HBIC!!!  Nan is nothing but vial and hateful, especially towards Harlow.

Grant Carter only had to lay his eyes on Harlow once to know that he wanted her, and wasn't going to stop until she was his.  However, Harlow had no such plans.  She was disgusted in the fact that he emerged from Nan's bedroom one night in nothing but his boxers.  Even after Grant explaining to her that Nan and him had a "No Strings Attached" affair, she still couldnt see past it.  Grant wanted nothing but to redeem himself in Harlow's eye's and if he was lucky enough in her heart.

This book was PHENOMENAL!!!!  It was everything I hoped it would be!!  I seriously hate Nan more than ever, but Grant....sigh...Grant....he showed just how kind, caring, loving, and special he is in Take a Chance.  Harlow had a few life changing surprises come her way, but I think they have made her grow stronger, as well as her relationship with Grant stronger as well!!  This is a MUST READ for any romance fan!!  Pick up a copy today!!!!
